Is EMV the Silver Bullet to Credit Card Fraud?

In 2013, holiday shopping was marred by credit card fraud at Target and it snowballed with more hacking at other retailers throughout 2014. The holiday shopping experience will be different next year, however, because, by October 2015, most retailers in the U.S. will have switched the EMV standard accepting chip cards rather than mag-stripe cards. But the question remains: will EMV compliance really stop the hackers?
